Visit and tasting
From June to September 2025, Domaine Hubert Brochard offers a privileged and exclusive discovery of the estate's Chavignol wines, in the heart of the vineyards, including our Cuvée des Trois Coteaux, reflecting the incredible geological diversity of the Chavignol hillsides, as well as our single-plot cuvées from mythical hillsides: La Côte des Monts Damnés and Cul de Beaujeu, wines with a singular character.
For two hours, in an intimate setting within the La Boutonne plot, let yourself be transported by the magic of the landscape from an exceptional panoramic viewpoint in the heart of the vineyard, facing the village of Chavignol, the majestic Sancerre peak, and the hillsides of Monts Damnés and Cul de Beaujeu. This location will offer our guide the opportunity to provide an interpretation of the wine-growing landscape, allowing visitors to grasp the singularity of the tasted cuvées.

Sobre o anfitrião
The history of Domaine Hubert-Brochard has been written for five generations in Chavignol, a few kilometers from Sancerre. At the heart of the Appellation, the terroirs surrounding this charming village are particularly renowned. They thus offer a unique expression of Sauvignon Blanc, an emblematic grape variety of the Center-Loire. Our vines are located in two prestigious appellations: Sancerre and Pouilly-Fumé. We have always been keen to preserve and reflect the diversity of our terroirs in our wines. Sauvignon blanc and Pinot noir are planted on three main types of soil: white earth (clay-limestone), flint and caillottes (limestone soil). The estate is certified “High Environmental Value”. Part of the vineyard is in conversion and will be certified Organic Agriculture by 2026.
