From pressing to aging, our guide will reveal the key principles behind the creation of our cuvées, while showcasing the remarkable diversity of our equipment, selected to reveal every nuance of our vineyard plots: stainless steel, concrete, or wooden tanks, oak barrels, large casks, and amphorae in stoneware or terracotta. A delightful hands-on experience concludes this captivating journey with a tasting of four wines, reflecting different winemaking and aging choices, paired with Crottin de Chavignol cheese.

Sobre o anfitrião
The history of Domaine Hubert-Brochard has been written for five generations in Chavignol, a few kilometers from Sancerre. At the heart of the Appellation, the terroirs surrounding this charming village are particularly renowned. They thus offer a unique expression of Sauvignon Blanc, an emblematic grape variety of the Center-Loire. Our vines are located in two prestigious appellations: Sancerre and Pouilly-Fumé. We have always been keen to preserve and reflect the diversity of our terroirs in our wines. Sauvignon blanc and Pinot noir are planted on three main types of soil: white earth (clay-limestone), flint and caillottes (limestone soil). The estate is certified “High Environmental Value”. Part of the vineyard is in conversion and will be certified Organic Agriculture by 2026.
