Visit and tasting
The tasting begins in the cellar. This is followed by the screening of an explanatory video on the production of Alsace wines (suitable for children). Then we will visit the cellar, its wooden barrels that are more than a century old and you will discover our family history through a scenographic space with an immersive 180° video projected on barrels: unique in France.
Then we suggest you continue the tasting in our tea room area around a brunch: an assortment of sweet and savory delicacies will be offered to you: pastries, Alsatian bread and jam, Alsatian cheeses, cold meats, fresh fruit salad, savory toast, bowl (bibelaskaes, granola and fruits) + a hot drink
For children, they can choose directly on site!
The experience is available in French or English depending on the slots: please check the language possibilities before booking!!

Sobre o anfitrião
My husband Yvan and I operate a family winery, created in 1778 in Gertwiller, Alsace, a few kilometers from Strasbourg. We are the 11th generation of winegrowers, of the same family, to exploit our vines and vinify the 7 Alsatian grape varieties. We like to share our passion for wine through our family history, and our cellar secrets, in a friendly and warm atmosphere. The Zeyssolff family cask, made in 1897 for the Universal Exhibition in Paris, is one of our main curiosities. We welcome you to make you discover our cellar through a guided tour and to make you taste the fruit of our work...
