Meal
Visit the family cellar with its century-old casks dating back to 1850 and enjoy a tasting of the estate's wines.
Maison ZEYSSOLFF is one of the few wineries in Alsace with around twenty century-old oak casks still in use for vinifying its wines.
Following the organic conversion of my estate, we renovated our cellar and are taking advantage of this beautiful setting to offer our visitors a new experience. You will discover a film about our rich personal history and our work philosophy. Projected in the cellar onto casks at a 180° angle, the film allows the audience to be fully immersed in our story.
You will conclude the tasting in our new, fully immersive tasting area with a wine paired with each course (soup, quiche, dessert, and coffee/tea). Lounge music and projected images will transport you for the duration of your meal into OUR world, where wine and tourism intertwine…

Sobre o anfitrião
My husband Yvan and I operate a family winery, created in 1778 in Gertwiller, Alsace, a few kilometers from Strasbourg. We are the 11th generation of winegrowers, of the same family, to exploit our vines and vinify the 7 Alsatian grape varieties. We like to share our passion for wine through our family history, and our cellar secrets, in a friendly and warm atmosphere. The Zeyssolff family cask, made in 1897 for the Universal Exhibition in Paris, is one of our main curiosities. We welcome you to make you discover our cellar through a guided tour and to make you taste the fruit of our work...
