Visit and tasting
I welcome you to the cellar, where we will begin the tasting of our wines, mostly labeled organic. We will enjoy an explanatory video on the production of Alsace wines (suitable for children).
I will then take you to visit the family cellar dating from 1850. We have a scenographic space within the cellar with 180° immersive video projected on barrels - unique in France. It is a film about my rather rich personal history, and about my work philosophy. All projected in the cellar, on century-old oak barrels (mapping on certain sequences) with sound work, allowing the public to find themselves totally immersed in my story.
We will end the tasting in the wine-boutique area with a slice of kougelhopf (typical Alsatian cake). A guide is at your disposal throughout the visit. You will leave with a 37.5cl bottle of mulled wine and Alsatian gingerbread.

Sobre o anfitrião
My husband Yvan and I operate a family winery, created in 1778 in Gertwiller, Alsace, a few kilometers from Strasbourg. We are the 11th generation of winegrowers, of the same family, to exploit our vines and vinify the 7 Alsatian grape varieties. We like to share our passion for wine through our family history, and our cellar secrets, in a friendly and warm atmosphere. The Zeyssolff family cask, made in 1897 for the Universal Exhibition in Paris, is one of our main curiosities. We welcome you to make you discover our cellar through a guided tour and to make you taste the fruit of our work...
