Hop aboard a magnificent, vintage 1964 VW van and let yourself be driven into the heart of Savoy, to the famous and beautiful village of Chignin, iconic and renowned for its steep, sun-drenched slopes. A unique tour with a stop in different vineyard plots if you feel like it, to taste the estate's 7 vintages. From white Chignin Bergeron to Petite Arvine, to rosé, red Mondeuse from Savoy, or even Melle Bulle's Crémant de Savoie. You certainly won't be disappointed, an unusual experience to be enjoyed in all weathers, all year round. You can enhance your visit with a tour of the estate and end the tasting in the cellar, so you can leave with your favorite vintages! A local aperitif is offered on request for an even more immersive memory of the region, which is rapidly developing wine tourism.

Sobre o anfitrião
The Girard-Madoux family long owned a wine estate in the commune of Chignin, southeast of Chambéry in Savoie. The estate was sold in 1976. The vines remained in the family for a few decades, until Jean-Charles Girard-Madoux began training to become a winemaker. His studies in Beaune and his apprenticeship at Domaine Patrice Rion in Burgundy made him passionate about wine and working in the vineyard. In 2006, one month after completing his BTS (Higher National Diploma) in viticulture and oenology, Jean-Charles Girard-Madoux purchased the vineyards to recreate the estate. It then consisted of 2.5 hectares of vines planted by his grandparents. Since then, the estate has expanded to 9 hectares, where the Jacquère, Mondeuse, Roussanne, Gamay & Petite Arvine grape varieties grow side by side.
