Come and spend a unique and unforgettable moment surrounded by nature in the Bauges Mountains. You will be set up facing Mont Granier, with a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains, and of course, you can appreciate the beauty of the Savoyard vineyards and hillsides while tasting our wines. Our catering provider has been carefully selected to delight your taste buds with the flavors of our regions. A bottle of wine of your choice will be offered to you. We will set you up in a friendly and family atmosphere for a picnic and to savor an unforgettable meal. You will be guided by someone from the estate to discover the work in the vineyard and discover the cellar just a stone's throw from your picnic spot in the middle of our vineyard plots. You can also take advantage of this day to treat yourself to the unique "vintage VW van ride" option in our region to visit the village and its surroundings while being driven.

Sobre o anfitrião
The Girard-Madoux family long owned a wine estate in the commune of Chignin, southeast of Chambéry in Savoie. The estate was sold in 1976. The vines remained in the family for a few decades, until Jean-Charles Girard-Madoux began training to become a winemaker. His studies in Beaune and his apprenticeship at Domaine Patrice Rion in Burgundy made him passionate about wine and working in the vineyard. In 2006, one month after completing his BTS (Higher National Diploma) in viticulture and oenology, Jean-Charles Girard-Madoux purchased the vineyards to recreate the estate. It then consisted of 2.5 hectares of vines planted by his grandparents. Since then, the estate has expanded to 9 hectares, where the Jacquère, Mondeuse, Roussanne, Gamay & Petite Arvine grape varieties grow side by side.
