Presentation of the course:
Observing... Smelling... Taste... Analyzing a wine and putting words to the emotions it arouses is not always easy.
By introducing you to the three stages of tasting, we will allow you to understand what makes you like a wine or not.
You will refine your senses while familiarizing yourself with the language of wine.
Course objective:
- Acquire the techniques of tasting.
- Analyze the sensory characteristics of a wine.
- Develop your nose and palate.
- Find the right words to talk about a wine and transcribe its emotions.
Tasting:
We will introduce you to 5 local wines from our selection, chosen according to the theme of the session.
The tasting is accompanied by a plate of charcuterie and artisanal cheeses.
