Oenological workshop
Burgundy is one of the oldest vineyards in France and undeniably one of the most prestigious. There are a myriad of mythical terroirs on its land (La Romanée-Conti, Le Montrachet...).
150 km long, the Burgundy vineyard offers wines of various styles which all have elegance and fragrance in common.
Cradle of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, it gives them an incomparable and varied expression depending on the area and the vintage.
Immerse yourself in the heart of Burgundy and these generous, complex wines of incomparable elegance!
Course objective
- Know the key information about this mythical region.
- Discover the style and specificities of Burgundy wines.
- Understand the notions of terroir, viticulture and vinification
- Learn about the different vintages and classifications.
You will taste 5 white wines from our selection and chosen according to the theme of the session.
The tasting is accompanied by a plate of charcuterie and artisanal cheeses.
