Presentation of the course:
This theme will allow you to both learn about the basics of tasting while having fun with the challenge of blind tasting.
It is the most objective of tastings, where only the wine expresses itself and where we forget the label. Your senses will be awakened by the analysis of the color of the dress, the smells, the tastes, the length in the mouth...
A playful and relaxed tasting perfect for beginners where making mistakes is allowed!
Course objective:
- Acquire the techniques of tasting.
- Analyze the sensory characteristics of a wine.
- Refine your visual, olfactory and taste perceptions.
- Find the right words to talk about a wine and transcribe its emotions.
Tasting:
We will introduce you to 5 local wines from our selection, chosen according to the theme of the session.
The tasting is accompanied by a plate of charcuterie and artisanal cheeses.
