Visit and tasting
Guided tour of the estate led by a member of the team, who will present in more detail the history of the estate, the specificities of the Pic Saint Loup appellation, the estate's wine-growing practices as well as the wine-making and aging process. The tasting will include 5 different wines including our top-of-the-range cuvée: Larmanela white, Larmanela red from a recent vintage and Larmanela red from an old vintage.
Content:
• Tour of the estate and cellar (1 hour)
• Tasting of 5 wines including 3 from the great Larmanela cuvée: Larmanela white, Larmanela red from a recent vintage and Larmanela red from an old vintage. (30 minutes)
• Explanation of the specificities of the terroir, the estate's wine-growing practices as well as the wine-making and aging methods.
Included: Personalized welcome, tasting support (tasting sheet to note your impressions). Possibility of purchase on site.

Nestled in the heart of the Pic Saint-Loup appellation, the Bergerie du Capucin is much more than a wine estate. It embodies a true haven of passion and know-how, where the vine is the center of all attention. Founded in 2008 by Guilhem VIAU, a winemaker deeply attached to his terroir, the estate embodies the very essence of this growing appellation. On clay-limestone soils bathed in the Mediterranean sun, our vines give birth to wines that reflect all the typicity and elegance of Pic Saint-Loup. Here, each bunch is cared for with respect, and each vintage tells a unique story. At the Bergerie du Capucin, the balance between tradition and innovation is at the heart of our approach. We favor organic viticulture and therefore respect for the environment, by promoting biodiversity and sustainable practices. This philosophy is found in our wines, where the authenticity of the grape varieties is fully expressed, with powerful and elegant reds, fresh and mineral whites, and a delicate and gourmet rosé. We invite you to come and discover our world, whether through a guided tour of our cellar or a tasting of our best vintages.
