Tasting
Everything you always wanted to know about Burgundy wines but never dared to ask!
We invite you to share a moment together around a tasting of four organic wines from our Rully and Mercurey appellations (villages and 1er crus). We will simply reveal to you the specificities of our terroirs in order to introduce you to the taste of our wines. You will leave with the essentials concerning the typicalities of the Côte Chalonnaise, our winemaking methods and, the memory of a fun experience.
For children, we offer coloring during the tasting as well as independent board games relating to vines and grapes.

Sobre o anfitrião
The Ninots have been coopers and winegrowers since the 14th century. Brother and sister, we took over the family estate together. We cultivate, produce and market several AOP Rully and Mercurey terroirs thanks to our 13 hectares of certified organic vines. We offer visits, tastings as well as workshops aimed at explaining and discussing the profession of winegrower, the vine and wine. Real moments of sharing.
