Visit and tasting
During the harvest, the estate opens its doors! A stroll through the vineyards, a lively winery, and a tasting of four organic wines, combining tradition and sharing.
We welcome you during the harvest period for a guided tour combining discovery and immersion. After a presentation of Burgundy wines and our Côte Chalonnaise terroir, we head to the vineyards to discuss organic viticulture and respect for nature.
We will then head to the winery, where the real fun begins. All the machines are ready to go—sorting table, destemmer, press—ready to work. You may witness the harvest reception, a rare moment when the grapes become wine before your eyes. Otherwise, you can still discover the facilities and understand the winemaking process.
The tour ends in the cellar with a tasting of four of our certified organic wines, from the Village and Premier Cru appellations, to connect the vineyard, the winery, and the glass.

Sobre o anfitrião
The Ninots have been coopers and winegrowers since the 14th century. Brother and sister, we took over the family estate together. We cultivate, produce and market several AOP Rully and Mercurey terroirs thanks to our 13 hectares of certified organic vines. We offer visits, tastings as well as workshops aimed at explaining and discussing the profession of winegrower, the vine and wine. Real moments of sharing.
