Course Overview:
Embark on a discovery of the Rhône Valley vineyard, one of the oldest in France, stretching along the river between hills and plains. Famous for its appellations such as Côte Rôtie, Hermitage, and Châteauneuf-du-Pape, it offers generous and sun-drenched wines, made from emblematic grape varieties (Syrah, Grenache, Viognier), with aromas of ripe fruit, spices, and garrigue.
Course Objective:
Understand the specificities of this wine region, its wine styles, the concepts of terroir, viticulture and winemaking, as well as the major growths and classifications.
Tasting:
Guided tasting of 5 carefully selected wines related to the theme, accompanied by a plate of artisanal charcuterie and cheeses.
