Tasting of three carefully selected cuvées, served in mouth-blown Lehmann glasses, all in a refined and elegant setting.
Our Grande Réserve is a fruity and round Champagne, revealing aromas of fresh white fruits and citrus, with a light and fluid texture. This Champagne is made from 80% Meunier, 10% Pinot Noir and 10% Chardonnay.
Our Blanc de Noirs, made from 80% Meunier and 20% Pinot Noir, combines tension and aromatic richness. This champagne reveals subtle fragrances of brioche, candied fruit (lemon...), frangipani flower, and a finish marked by licorice notes.
Our Brut Rosé, composed of 70% Meunier, 15% Pinot Noir and 15% Chardonnay, has a luminous color that offers a harmonious balance on the palate. The subtle aromas are enriched by notes of red fruits and citrus, characteristic of our Pinot Meunier.

Let yourself be guided by our Sommelier Chef, Denis Garret, through our cuvées presented on the most beautiful gastronomic tables. Let yourself be tempted by food and champagne pairings that will delight your taste buds. Maison Pierre Mignon is located in Le Breuil, a major Pinot Meunier production site, in the Marne Valley. From a long line of winemakers, for 5 generations, the Maison Pierre Mignon has produced exceptional Champagnes in the purest respect for traditions while favoring innovation. Heirs to a know-how passed down from father to son, Pierre and Yveline Mignon run the family estate and work in collaboration with their two children: Céline, responsible for export and commercial relations, and Jean-Charles, in charge of Vineyard and Wines.
