Tasting
Comparative tasting of our 3 Rosé cuvées: Brut Rosé, Rosé de Saignée, and Grand Vintage Rosé. Each champagne will be accompanied by expert commentary.
Our Brut Rosé has a luminous color and a beautiful balance, with 70% Meunier, 15% Pinot Noir, and 15% Chardonnay.
Our Rosé de Saignée is obtained by macerating the must and grapes for 12 hours during harvest. It is distinguished by its typicity, a bouquet stretching in length that is found in the mouth, thanks to the blend of 50% Meunier, 40% Chardonnay, and 10% Pinot Noir.
Our Grand Vintage Rosé combines structure and complexity. Its powerful aromas delicately reveal fresh fruit & citrus, then offer richness & density on the finish. A great wine - 55% Chardonnay, 30% Meunier, and 15% Pinot Noir - that will delight discerning enthusiasts.

Let yourself be guided by our Sommelier Chef, Denis Garret, through our cuvées presented on the most beautiful gastronomic tables. Let yourself be tempted by food and champagne pairings that will delight your taste buds. Maison Pierre Mignon is located in Le Breuil, a major Pinot Meunier production site, in the Marne Valley. From a long line of winemakers, for 5 generations, the Maison Pierre Mignon has produced exceptional Champagnes in the purest respect for traditions while favoring innovation. Heirs to a know-how passed down from father to son, Pierre and Yveline Mignon run the family estate and work in collaboration with their two children: Céline, responsible for export and commercial relations, and Jean-Charles, in charge of Vineyard and Wines.
