Le Clos des Graviers, a single-plot cuvée produced in limited quantities and vinified in oak barrels, will offer you a timeless experience. Served in a magnificent Lehman glass, it will make this moment memorable. A lively and persistent identity, ideal for large tables, which combines freshness and complexity. It is the ideal companion for fine and delicate dishes, such as our exceptional caviar served in the Boutique.

In an elegant and refined atmosphere, come and discover the Champagnes of the Pierre Mignon family house. Let yourself be guided by our Sommelier Chef, Denis Garret, through our cuvées presented on the most beautiful gastronomic tables. Let yourself be tempted by food and champagne pairings that will delight your taste buds. Maison Pierre Mignon is located in Le Breuil, a major Pinot Meunier production site, in the Marne Valley. From a long line of winemakers, for 5 generations, the Maison Pierre Mignon has produced exceptional Champagnes in the purest respect for traditions while favoring innovation. Heirs to a know-how passed down from father to son, Pierre and Yveline Mignon run the family estate and work in collaboration with their two children: Céline, responsible for export and commercial relations, and Jean-Charles, in charge of Vineyard and Wines.
