Tasting
The Tipica Tasting is a tasting of four wines selected by us, designed to introduce you to our new vintages. We will guide you through a journey of our organic production by tasting one of our latest vintage Brut Metodo Martinotti sparkling wines, followed by the superior versions of the Pesaro DOCs: Bianchello del Metauro, Pergola Rosso, and Sangiovese dei Colli Pesaresi. In this overview, you will also have the exclusive opportunity to taste one of our two rare rediscovered grape varieties: Incrocio Bruni 54 or Garofanata, depending on availability. These wines are produced from ancient vines replanted after a research project and are available in very small quantities, which is why they are only available for tasting at certain times of the year. The wines are paired with a platter of local, zero-kilometer, seasonal products.
It is recommended to book the same tasting experience for the entire table.
