Tasting
The Classic tasting begins with a focus on our most historic DOC: Bianchello del Metauro. The experience includes a tasting of a sparkling wine based on availability, among Metodo Martinotti, Metodo Classico, and Metodo Ancestrale, followed by Campodarchi Bianchello del Metauro DOC Superiore. We continue with a niche white wine created after a long research and experimentation project through the rediscovery of rare native grape varieties: Incrocio Bruni 54 or Garofanata. Then we move on to rosés and reds, starting with the Pergola Rosato DOC version from aleatico grapes, continuing with the two superiore and riserva versions of Aleatico and Sangiovese.
The tasting concludes on a sweet note with our visciola, a historic Renaissance drink. This experience was created for those who want a more complete overview of our production and is also an excellent pastime to train your palate.
