The winery stands out for its exclusive use of home-grown grapes, ensuring rigorous control over every stage of the process, in accordance with the principles of organic farming. We produce around 25,000 bottles a year, prioritising quality over quantity. Modern equipment, including temperature-controlled stainless steel fermenters, allows for natural clarification and stabilisation without additives, minimising oxidation and the use of sulphites. We combine traditional and innovative methods in ageing, using barrels, barriques and amphorae for our dry Moscato, creating unique wines that reflect the strong bond with the territory and its winemaking tradition.
