Visit and tasting
The basic tasting offers a complete immersion into the world of our wines, starting with a guided tour of the cellar and estate. During the tour, you will discover the history and philosophy that inspire our production and visit our fascinating cellar, where our wines rest to reach their maximum expression.
The tasting includes four selected wines: two whites – our dry Moscato MO’ FREM and our Sauvignon Blanc – followed by two reds: Barbera D’Asti DOCG and Langhe DOC Nebbiolo.
Each wine is accompanied by a platter of local products, designed to best enhance the characteristics of our wines and offer you an authentic and quality sensory experience.

Sobre o anfitrião
The winery stands out for its exclusive use of home-grown grapes, ensuring rigorous control over every stage of the process, in accordance with the principles of organic farming. We produce around 25,000 bottles a year, prioritising quality over quantity. Modern equipment, including temperature-controlled stainless steel fermenters, allows for natural clarification and stabilisation without additives, minimising oxidation and the use of sulphites. We combine traditional and innovative methods in ageing, using barrels, barriques and amphorae for our dry Moscato, creating unique wines that reflect the strong bond with the territory and its winemaking tradition.
