Discover the essence of Sicily with an engaging cooking class on Mount Etna, where every gesture in the kitchen is an act of love for tradition.
Guided by an expert chef, you will prepare a symbolic dish of Sicilian cuisine using fresh ingredients harvested directly from our organic garden: seasonal vegetables, aromatic herbs, and local products grown on the slopes of the volcano.
The experience takes place in a welcoming, fully equipped professional kitchen designed for small groups. Here, amidst doughs, aromas, and stories, you will experience a sensory journey that unites craftsmanship, memory, and a deep connection with the land.
At the end of the lesson, we will share the meal together: the dish you prepared will be served with care and paired with a glass of Favazza wine.

Favazza Etna Winery was founded on Mount Etna, on the eastern side of the island, a land where nothing is ever the same. The soil changes every hundred steps, the vines breathe the sea air, the sun shapes scents and colors. Experiences, activities, and human warmth coexist in mutual balance, to the rhythm of Etna's breathing. You will discover an authentic, intense, and exciting Sicily. "Wine is a volcano.
