Our Etna tour begins at Cantina Favazza Etna, an active farm that also represents exclusive access to Bio Parco Cubania, a private property of approximately 40 hectares located 1,500 meters above sea level.
Bio Parco Cubania is an unspoiled natural area that preserves some of the volcano's most extraordinary geological evidence: the lava flows of 1928 and 1971, a lava flow cave, ancient forests, and monumental trees. Access to the park is permitted exclusively with specialized guides and authorized vehicles.
The experience begins with a warm welcome, refreshments, and an introductory briefing. The tour then continues aboard Land Rover Defender 130 vehicles (maximum 7 guests per vehicle), crossing the estate's vineyards to reach the votive chapel threatened by the 1971 flow and Bio Parco Cubania. The experience concludes with a tasting of 4 glasses of Favazza wines with a Sicilian platter.

Favazza Etna Winery was founded on Mount Etna, on the eastern side of the island, a land where nothing is ever the same. The soil changes every hundred steps, the vines breathe the sea air, the sun shapes scents and colors. Experiences, activities, and human warmth coexist in mutual balance, to the rhythm of Etna's breathing. You will discover an authentic, intense, and exciting Sicily. "Wine is a volcano.
