Meal
The full wine and food tour is an educational and unique experience for each estate. It begins with an introduction to the history of the estate while walking through the vineyards. You will learn about our biodynamic production methods and the natural maintenance of our vineyards. You will then discover the Villa Strozzi and our symbol, the Cedar of Lebanon, almost three hundred years old. Finally, we will show you the needs and requirements of our biodynamic wine production and the cellars. In the evening, to finish, we will organize a sensory experience: a 4-course dinner paired with our wines.

Fattoria Lavacchio is located 18km from Florence. The Tuscan estate is a typical family-run business, immersed in the enchanting succession of hills rich in vineyards and olive groves. Among the companies of a certain size present in the Chianti Rufina production area, Fattoria Lavacchio is one of the pioneers to join organic and biodynamic production programs; convinced adhesion, arising from the philosophy that the company has always pursued: harmonizing its activity with the balance established by nature.
