Oenological workshop
Wines & Flavours: Oeno initiation & vineyard visit: I invite you to immerse yourself in my life as a winegrower by following the different stages of production until tasting:
1- Introduction to oenology: Awaken your senses with an initiation to tasting where you will discover my range of wines endowed with great richness. An olfactory exercise will allow you to increase your perception of aromas by way of introduction.
You will then taste my 5 cuvées by describing your sensations. This initiation will take place in our tasting room where local artists are exhibited.
2- Discovery of my cellar: enter where the wine is made and we will explain the stages of vinification and aging to you.
3- Visit of the vineyard: let yourself be guided to my vines in order to show you the way in which I cultivate it and I respect it to produce the grapes. I will explain to you what my environmental initiatives consist of.

Sobre o anfitrião
Today our vineyard has been perpetuating the family tradition for 5 generations. The heritage of vineyards in the Lalande De Pomerol, Montagne Saint Emilion and Bordeaux Supérieur appellations allows us today to offer a diversified range of red wines. At Bedrenne tradition rhymes with evolution and we try to continually question our production methods in order to be as environmentally friendly as possible: planting of hedges, installation of beehives, "HVE" certification, cuvée without added sulphites...
