Visit and tasting
Enjoy a wine and olive oil tasting experience. We will start the tour on the Merumalia terrace. We will tell you our story while enjoying a breathtaking view of the vineyards and Rome. We will stroll through the vineyards, immersed in their colors. We will then visit the winery and explain the production philosophy and processing stages. The tour continues with a tasting of our organic wines paired with a selection of local products. We choose ingredients according to the seasons, respecting the cycles of nature, using products that come from small local businesses. We love to show you that behind every wine and every product there is a story made of people, projects and sharing. Please let us know if there are any dietary requirements to consider, we will be happy to find the necessary alternatives. On sunny days, tastings are organized on the terrace; in winter and in case of rain, you will enjoy the view of the vineyards from the bright tasting room of the winery.

Merumalia is an organic estate and wine resort nestled in the hills of the Castelli Romani, overlooking the Frascati DOCG vineyards and a rural landscape just a few kilometers from Rome. Born from the passion of the Fusco family, it combines tradition and innovation in the production of wines from native grapes, local olive oil, and the hospitality of a historic farmhouse. The philosophy is deeply rooted in terroir and sustainability, resulting in elegant wines with strong personalities.
