Sobre o anfitrião
Gli Archi is a family-run organic farm, located among the rolling hills of Poggio alla Farnia, in the municipality of Fauglia, a few kilometers from Pisa. A town rich in history, nature and charm, a land of great agricultural interest since ancient times and which still maintains this characteristic today. Our farmhouse and our farm are located on a territory that extends over 15 hectares of nature, with a great variety of flora and fauna. The winery is constantly being renovated, but maintains the ancient tradition of working the vineyards with organic systems. In fact, the company's peculiarity is to use Comtois work horses, to carry out a project to enhance the land with less soil compaction and better fertility. These efforts not only benefit the environment, but also contribute to the overall quality and authenticity of the wine produced. The commitment to sustainability and the preservation of traditional work in the vineyards is reflected in the unique flavors and aromas of the wines, which have earned recognition both nationally and internationally. The superior category organic extra virgin olive oil is the fruit of the Tuscan land, full of passion, attention and care for details. Following a tradition of authenticity and ancient flavors, we obtain our oil through mechanical processes and cold extraction.
