Tasting of our vintages at the Cellar.
Come and discover our different red and rosé vintages: Château de Minière, Centennial Vines, Rosé de Minière...With the star grape variety of our region: Cabernet Franc.
We also produce a sparkling red and a rosé “Bulles de Minière” following the ancestral method (natural sparkling), without adding sugar or yeast.
Château de Minière is now certified in Organic Agriculture (Ecocert).
