Oenological workshop
Around an intimate table, you will share a 3-course dinner, designed by our chef and prepared the same day. The menu changes with the seasons, and each dish is accompanied by a carefully selected French wine.
You don't need to be an expert, just a lover of good food and fine wines. Your sommelier will be there to guide you throughout the meal: how to taste, how to read a label, how to choose a wine in a restaurant... and above all, how to appreciate it.
