Among the vineyards of the Valle dei Laghi, at the crossroads between the Brenta Dolomites and the northern part of Lake Garda is the farm Pisoni, the rural soul of a large family, characterized by a long one tradition of Trentino winegrowers. Among the few wineries in Trentino specialized in the production of renowned Vino Santo Trentino DOC - Slow Food presidium - the Cellar Pisoni di Pergolese, produces white and red wines of excellent structure and elegance, obtained thanks to organic cultivation methods. The Pisoni family has always had an eye towards the environment and was among the first to switch to the cultivation method organic and subsequently biodynamic. In the vineyards of the family no fertilizers and chemical fertilizers are used and this guarantees a healthy grape which is then translated into excellent wines with a flavor single.
