Visit and tasting
Visit the rammed-earth winery with a tasting of five organic La Raia wines, accompanied by small bites of local products.
The tour begins outside the winery, in the garden overlooking the lake and vineyards, where organic farming techniques are presented.
It continues along the rammed-earth wall and ends in the small barrel cellar, where the aging techniques of our wines are explained.
The tour is then followed by a tasting of 5 wines from our production, accompanied by local cured meats and cheeses, as well as our honey.
After the tour, you can independently take a walk on our art trail through the vineyards, discovering the artworks of the La Raia Foundation.

La Raia is a story of people and their love for the Gavi region, founded on shared values: a passion for wine and organic farming, respect for the landscape while preserving its original biodiversity, and art as a tool for a profound connection between humanity and nature. Managed by the Rossi Cairo family since 2002, La Raia is an ongoing project, where you can meet and share thoughts and emotions with those who believe in the same values of regeneration and authenticity. Choosing La Raia means being protagonists of your own time, aware that the future is the result of how we choose to live the present. The mission of the La Raia Foundation - art, culture, territory was born with the aim of promoting critical reflection on landscape in Italy and abroad, through contributions that span multiple fields of inquiry. Since 2013, contributions from artists from Italy and abroad have enriched the Gavi region, fostering critical reflection on the landscape and nature. We have organized our Wine Tours to meet the needs of enthusiasts who wish to learn about our company and taste our organic wines, as well as those who have more time and can also stop for a light lunch featuring local dishes.
