At Caves Bolet we understand the passion for wine and the appreciation of the land as a whole integrated with the care of the environment and its biodiversity. Therefore we started organic production in 2003 and this year we have started with biodynamic cultivation, on the way to obtaining the certificate. Thus, this fact is reflected in the production cycle of our wines and cavas, in such a way that after carrying out careful pruning from November to March, we ensure the good growth of the vine and the grape, taking care of all the processes such as, for example, through the non-use of synthetic chemical products. When making the final product, we also take into account all the elements. Therefore, following the line of reducing added products external to the grape itself, beyond the fact that all our productions are organic, we make two natural wines without added sulphites: a red wine fermented in cement and ceramic vats and a Petnat with an ancestral production method. And let's not forget the social part of this whole process, which consists of offering our product to the clientele. At Caves Bolet we believe that in order for people who consume our products to be 100% aware of all the elements that have made the wine or cava they have in their glass possible, we try to convey this through our wine tourism experiences and direct sales to our store.
