This City embodies the history, know-how and heritage of the entire Burgundy wine region. The Cité des Climats et vins de Bourgogne in Beaune hosts the main interpretation centre of the Climats of the Burgundy Vineyard. Within the tour route, a space is dedicated to this model of terroir viticulture, whose historical cradle is located in Côte d'Or, but radiates throughout Burgundy.
