Visit and tasting
Unprecedented and original in the Bordeaux vineyard, this animation offers you a raw and authentic tasting of our red and white wines during maturation.
While offering you a technical visit on our terroir, the management of the vineyard and our manual harvests, "IN VINO" will allow you to immerse yourself in the different maturation methods used in Jouvente, and to discover their characteristics as well as our expectations.
Several wines during maturation will be tasted, in red and white, in the vat, in the barrel and in integral vinification.
At the end of this tasting, we will taste our mature and recent vintages, which will allow us to highlight the evolution of our vintages!

Château Jouvente is a family property of 8.7 hectares, in Illats, in the heart of the Appellation des Graves in Bordeaux.
