Visit and tasting
Enjoy a unique moment of discovery with us by visiting our family property!
During this experience, we will take you to our vineyards where we will introduce you to our wine estate, the terroir and local grape varieties in a relaxing setting. You will also visit our wine cellar and we will explain the manufacturing processes of our wines.
Finally, you will enjoy a commented tasting of all the estate's wines in the 3 colors (rosé, white and red).

15 minutes at the north of Carcassonne, in an exceptionnal site on the foothills of the Black Mountains, Richard and Sophie are pleased to make you discover the Château La Villatade, very ancient wine estate of 130 hectares of vineyards, olive groves, woodland and scrubland. The wines of Château La Villatade are the expression of this beautiful homeland, wines where the work of nature goes with the winemaker’s passion. You can enjoy our vintages Côtes Noires in AOC Minervois, awarded many times, and also the trilogy of the « V » of Villatade, IGP Pays D’oc in White, Red and Rosé (one star in the guide Hachette 2019). We look forward to share with you our life at the wine estate and our passion for wine.
