Sobre o anfitrião

The wine-growing history of the estate dates back to the 12th century with the arrival of the Benedictine monks who permanently planted the vines around our priory. Today, we continue to work with traditional methods with absolute respect for the terroir. The harvest is done by hand for our white and red wines, our winegrower takes particular care during each stage of vinification in order to extract the best from our grape varieties.
