Thanks to state-of-the-art equipment—latest-generation pressing, meticulous sorting, and temperature-controlled stainless steel vats—we put technology at the service of nature to precisely reveal the full richness of our terroir.
Our passionate and approachable team will explain each stage of the winemaking process, from the vineyard to the barrel cellar, the highlight of the tour.
The tour concludes with a tasting of our organic wines: a friendly moment to learn to recognize the aromas, flavors, and identity of each vintage.

NATURE An HVE (High Environmental Value) labeled operation and undergoing organic conversion, Château de l'Escarelle is deeply committed to protecting the environment. TERROIR The plots of vines planted at an altitude of 500 meters harmoniously follow the reliefs, adapting to the geology of the estate.
