Come visit the cellars of the "Maison Jaffelin" from the 12th century as well as the last winery still active in the historic center of Beaune.
End the visit with a tasting of 7 house wines. You will have the possibility to choose 3 white wines, 3 red wines and 1 Burgundy crémant.

Sobre o anfitrião
The history of Jaffelin is linked to that of the Collegiate Church of Notre Dame de Beaune. Century after century, our cellars have housed the wines of the Collegiate Church and the princes of the Church. The Chapter cellars, created in the 12th century, changed owners in 1816, when the Jaffelin brothers created their own house. Today, the tradition continues: our wines rest in the monastic tranquility of the Chapter cellars in the same way as 8 centuries ago.
