In 1986, Ludovic David passionately embraced the family wine heritage, existing for 3 generations. In the heart of the Marne Valley, in Villers-Sous-Châtillon, the estate blends harmoniously into the decor of the plots that define it. Guided by the heritage of previous generations, Ludovic undertook the mission of perpetuating the art of the winemaker by handling each stage of production with precision. Covering 9 hectares, the vineyard became the picture of his commitment to the land. Pinot Meunier, an emblematic grape variety of the Marne Valley, elegantly conveys the very essence of the terroir. Ludovic David and his team strive to create a demanding and refined wine all year round. Each bottle is a discovery, a moment of conviviality, of sharing, a unique pleasure. Ludovic David, from this tradition, dedicated his art to sublimating the deliciousness of Champagne, offering each vintage a unique personality, an indelible mark on the palates of amateurs and connoisseurs.
