Sobre o anfitrião

"Les Pierres d'Aurèle" is an estate of 20 ha, located in the Loire Valley, more precisely in Touraine. Our entire vineyard is classified in AOC and according to the orientation and soil of each parcel, we can produce wines under the AOC Touraine, AOC Touraine Chenonceaux and AOC Crémant de Loire. We grow several grape varieties such as Sauvignon Blanc, Grolleau, Gamay, Côt (Malbec), Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc. In order to preserve our customs, we run the vineyard under sustainable agriculture, following the Terra Vitis production charter. Vines are covered with grass the whole year to preserve the biodiversity and each of our interventions are coming from a thorough observation of our environment and vine stocks. This is why we do not use any insecticide or pesticide and we analyse regularly our grapes to guarantee the complete absence of residual products in our wines.
