The truffle hunter and her faithful companion will guide you to discover the autumn truffle, an exciting and capricious mushroom. Vineyards suit it perfectly, but this underground fairy flirts with an oak, a hornbeam or a hazel tree… in the heart of the Clairvaux forest.
Meet at the family winery of Champagne Dumont, the first explanations around this truffled experience will be given to you. You will then go to the heart of the forest of Champignol, former forest of the Cistercian Abbey of Clairvaux, very close in search of Champagne truffles. After the effort, the comfort, you will return to the estate (or to a secret place) to warm up and enjoy a glass of the king of wines and a small truffled amuse bouche.
