Visit and tasting
Discover a new and luminous side of Tuscany with our Tour and Tasting of Organic White Wines — a private and authentic experience in the historic estate of San Michele a Torri, perfect for those who have little time but do not want to miss out on the essence of Tuscan wine and gastronomic culture, in a relaxed and refined environment.
The visit begins with a guided tour of our centuries-old cellars and the ancient orciaia, where we refine our prized organic extra virgin olive oil.
Following this, a tasting of three of our best organic white wines awaits you, each with a unique character that tells the story of our terroir — from the freshest and most mineral, to the aromatic and complex.
The wines will be accompanied by a traditional Tuscan platter with local cured meats, artisanal cheeses, homemade bread with organic ancient grains, and our internationally awarded Laudemio oil.

Sobre o anfitrião
Fattoria San Michele a Torri is located in the heart of Chianti, 15 km away from Florence. It takes its name from a village of the same name, and is located on a beautiful hill on the outskirts of Florence, from which you can admire the wonderful Tuscan panorama full of vineyards, olive groves and woods. It covers 1113 hectares of land of which 90 hectares are cultivated with vineyards, 140 hectares with olive groves and the remaining part with arable land, forest and Cinta Senese breeding. Paolo Nocentini, current owner of the company, has given new impetus and development to the traditional agricultural activity, expanding and renewing the crops and directing it towards the organic production of typical Tuscan products. The territory of Fattoria San Michele a Torri is located between the wine areas of Chianti Colli Fiorentini (75 hectares of vineyards) and Chianti Classico (15 hectares of vineyards) where fragrant, velvety red wines of great character are produced from the vineyards of both production areas.
