Meal
Experience a warm, local meal in the heart of our estate.
Our meal consists of a complete menu including a starter, main course, and dessert, all made from local products.
The dishes change with the seasons to reflect the best of the moment: freshness in spring, lightness in summer, indulgence in autumn, comforting dishes in winter.
The meal is served at the table in our walled vineyard (in spring/summer), in our aging cellar or in the castle's lounge (in autumn/winter) with elegant cutlery, flowers, bread, water, coffee, and a bottle of estate wine for 4 guests.

Sobre o anfitrião
The Château des Bachelards vineyard was created by the Benedictine monks of Cluny around the year 1100. Doubly certified organic FR-BIO-15 and biodynamic Demeter, the wines are part of this line. We are the only ones in the appellation and we will remain the pioneers of biodynamics in Fleurie, Moulin-à-Vent and Saint-Amour. The soils have been chemical-free since 2007 and this changes the style of the wines. Standardized by yeasted wines on weed-free soils, rare are the professionals who blindly recognize our appellations. The wines of Château des Bachelards are characterized by the combination of the elegance of Burgundy and the delicacy of the Rhône Valley. Our soils are alive and so are the wines. The estate does not practice carbonic or semi-carbonic maceration or thermovinification. It uses no artificial yeast. The wines have their own identity and only look like themselves, they belong to the place.
