Oenological workshop
This beautiful journey takes us to know the attentions of the winemakers, explore the microclimate of these hills; walking among the rows of the vineyard, picking the grapes in the special wicker baskets, detaching the grapes from the bunches and squeezing them in the small press makes us live firsthand this engaging experience that culminates in the tasting of the organic grape juice produced by you. Visit to the cellar, we arrive at the winemaking area of the cellar to discover all the secrets of the maceration and fermentation of the musts. Passing through the bottling area we reach the refinement room of the red wines among barrels and barriques. On the veranda overlooking the garden we will prepare for you a tasty platter with five Sicilian gastronomic specialties and the tasting of company products: honey, extra virgin olive oil, olive paté, extra citrus jams. All enriched by the tasting of two wines that denote the strong bond with the territory.

The winemaker Vincenzo Bambina and his wife Finella, beekeeper and educational factor await you to share the rhythms, scents and flavors of the Sicilian countryside The Farm The Augustali farm is in Sicily between the provinces of Trapani and Palermo in the center of the Gulf of Castellammare in the most fertile part of Bosco Falconeria between Alcamo and Partinico, a territory so dear to Frederick II of Swabia. The family vineyards and olive groves extend for twelve hectares in the gentle hilly landscape that slopes towards the sea, once called the "garden" because it is fertile and suggestive land.
