With a farming tradition dating back to the 13th century, the Ricci Curbastro family runs the Rontana Farm in Brisighella (RA) and the eponymous farm in Capriolo, Franciacorta (BS). With a 34-hectare estate, 32 of which are dedicated to vineyards, the company adheres to the rigorous standards of the Franciacorta Wine Consortium. The centuries-old park of Villa Evelina houses the underground cellar for fermentation and aging of wines, as well as the Ricci Curbastro Agricultural and Wine Museum, a unique facility in Franciacorta that bears witness to the agricultural work of times gone by. Ricci Curbastro produces a wide range of wines, including Franciacorta, Curtefranca DOC, and Sebino IGT. The winemaking process is overseen by oenologists Annalisa Massetti, Andrea Rudelli, Filippo, and Riccardo Ricci Curbastro; a blend of experience and expertise creates wines destined for the increasingly discerning palates of consumers around the world. Since 2017, it has been among the first nine companies in Italy, first in Lombardy, certified as a "Sustainable Company" according to the Equalitas standard for its environmental, economic, and social commitment.
