Tasting
Join us for a friendly gathering featuring 10 of the Estate's signature wines, accompanied by cheeses and cured meats. Depending on the season, we'll welcome you outdoors or in our tasting room. We'll share our story, our Estate, and our philosophy of organic and biodynamic farming. Then, it's time to taste our wines: a selection of 10 cuvées from our various collections of white, rosé, and red wines – biodynamic and natural wines. We love welcoming you to the Estate, as it gives us the opportunity to discuss our wines, understand your impressions, and imagine food and wine pairings together. Just like family, over a shared platter. If you'd like to visit on the weekend or at a different time, it's possible upon request.

Sobre o anfitrião
Nestled on the southern slopes of the Montagne Noire, 10km from Carcassonne, Domaine de Cazaban crafts full-bodied wines using organic (Ecocert certified since 2010) and biodynamic (Demeter certified since 2013) farming methods. We produce 80,000 bottles annually under the Cabardès AOP, Minervois AOP, Aude IGP, and Vin de France appellations. Cazaban is first and foremost a mosaic of terroirs swept by opposing winds; it's also a story of Mediterranean and Atlantic grape varieties working side-by-side to create fresh, elegant, and subtle wines; and finally, it's a new signature style with just the right touch of irreverence, audacity, and modernity to create surprising, disruptive, even subversive wines. Because creating also means challenging habits, and challenging habits is something we know how to do at Domaine de Cazaban.
