Visit and tasting
The experience begins in Sergio's cozy rumpus room, where the presentation takes place. This is followed by a tasting of 7 wines, accompanied by typical local products.
Sergio shares the story of each wine, from its birth in the vineyards to the winemaking process in the cellar. Meanwhile, the dishes associated with each wine are served. The tasting is accompanied by samples of tuna sauce, raw salami, bacon, lard, tuma con la cugnà and biscuits.

After the tastings, you will move to the cellar, where you can closely observe the work of the cellar: from fermentation to the racking and aging phases, up to bottling and labelling. Following the visit to the cellar you will have the opportunity to purchase the wines tasted previously.

It all started here, in Santa Lucia, in this village of a few houses, in the early 1900s, when Grandfather Celso, my father's father, purchased the Cà Neuva farmhouse and the land associated with it. We don't know the precise date, but thanks to an old letter found in the attic, in which Matteo Ghiglione from Entracque ordered 20 brente probably for his own tavern, we know that Dolcetto was already being produced in our farmhouse in 1916. Our philosophy is to integrate tradition with innovation. If you come to meet us, you will be able to discover how we produce our wine, because behind every glass lies a story made of tradition, hard work, challenges won... and sometimes lost. You will be able to taste the numerous wines in our line, which include 3 different labels of Dogliani DOCG, Barbera, Barolo, Nebbiolo... and some small surprises for the finest palates!
