Tasting
The ABCs of the Alsatian vineyard, a rainbow discovery of the multiplicity of aromas of Alsatian grape varieties. Five wines will be tasted during this experience, the classics of Alsace: - The fresh and dry, - The semi-dry: fragrant and silky, - The aromatic: exotic and mellow. We will explain successful food and wine pairings, and their multiple palettes. Depending on the number of visitors, you may be sharing this moment alone or in a group.

Sobre o anfitrião
The Paul Blanck et Fils estate is deeply marked by its terroirs, which represent 2/3 of the vineyard under cultivation. Organic Ecocert certification since 2022. Inspired pioneers of the return to the roots of the Alsatian vineyard, namely its terroirs, the previous generations of the Blanck family had early faith in these terroirs where natural and authentic wines are born. Approximately 120,000 bottles are produced each year from the Paul Blanck et Fils estate's cellar. 80% Export.
