Visit and tasting
In the heart of the Combe de Savoie, embark on a guided immersion into the world of Domaine de l’Idylle, a family estate founded in 1840 and cultivated using organic farming methods. From the vineyards, discover the emblematic local grape varieties—Jacquère, Altesse, Mondeuse, and Persan—and observe how altitude, exposure, and soil type shape their character.
The tour continues in the winemaking cellar, where you will understand the differences between white and red winemaking, and then in the aging cellar, where the wines' finesse is born.
Throughout the tour, you will learn to connect winemaking practices, oenological choices, and aromatic expression. The visit concludes with a guided tasting of six representative wines, to solidify your impressions and leave with a clear understanding of the taste of a Savoie wine.
