This poetic stroll through the vineyards will be an opportunity to tell you about the invention and intoxication of wine by NOE; drinking themes of young BACCHUS; to speak of "the soul of wine" of BAUDELAIRE, VIAN, NOUGARO, BREL...
Wine, with its poetic, mystical, religious and social character, will take you on a journey!
This walk will end with a tasting of our vintages, accompanied by fresh produce.

Our family estate is located in the Hautes Corbières at the foot of the Cathar castles, in an atypical location with wild and unspoiled landscapes. Sarrat d'en Sol means in Occitan: hill of the sun. We will be delighted to welcome you and make you taste our sunny, generous and elegant wines.
